Officer Payment Investigations (80-100% F/M/D)

About the role

As an Officer Payment Investigations you will become the central point of contact for complex payment transactions within LGT’s private banking and asset management operations. You will investigate intricate payment cases, respond to enquiries and complaints, and ensure that netting and settlement orders are processed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate complex outgoing payment cases and provide clear resolutions.
• Respond to internal and external enquiries and handle payment‑related complaints.
• Review netting/settlement orders and coordinate execution with relevant departments.
• Collaborate with international teams across Europe and Asia to align on payment processes.
• Contribute to the design, optimisation and continuous improvement of payment workflows.

Required profile

• Strong affinity for payments and interest in international money flows.
• Ability to balance routine tasks with unexpected, complex cases.
• Team‑player with a reliable, collaborative working style.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented and solution‑focused, able to make sound decisions under pressure.
