About the role

LGT is seeking an Officer Payment Investigations to become the central point of contact for complex payment transactions. You will investigate intricate cases, respond to enquiries, and ensure accurate execution of netting and settlement orders while collaborating with international teams.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate complex payment cases and handle related enquiries and complaints.
• Review netting/settlement orders and coordinate execution with relevant departments.
• Collaborate with teams across Europe and Asia to ensure timely and correct order processing.
• Contribute to the design and optimisation of payment processes.
