Relationship Manager EAM Germany (80-100%)

About the role

LGT, the world’s largest family‑owned private banking and asset management group, is expanding its EAM Germany team. The Relationship Manager will acquire and serve intermediaries in Germany, acting as a trusted advisor and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a client portfolio by acquiring licensed EAMs, MFOs and KVGs in Germany.
• Advise intermediaries, present tailored solutions and oversee implementation through professional project management.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies and standards, contributing to a strong risk culture.
• Develop existing product and service offerings and help shape a new client coverage unit.

Required profile

• Degree in business administration or a banking apprenticeship with relevant qualifications.
• Several years of experience in the EAM business, fund distribution or multi‑family office environments.
• Proven seniority serving wealth‑management or institutional clients.
• Excellent German (written and spoken) and very good English.

• Strong knowledge of financial products.
