About the role

LGT is seeking an Officer Payment Investigation to join its team on a 40–60% part‑time basis. You will be a key contact for complex payment matters and collaborate with teams across Europe and Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate complex payment cases, respond to enquiries and handle complaints related to outgoing payments.
• Review account closure instructions and coordinate steps with specialist teams to ensure accurate and timely execution.
• Contribute operational insights to the ongoing development of payment processes.
