Corporate Actions Officer (f/m/d)

About the role

LGT, the largest private banking and asset management group owned by an entrepreneurial family and the family office of the Princely House of Liechtenstein, is hiring a Corporate Actions Officer (f/m/d) in Bendern, working 80-100%. The role ensures that corporate actions are processed accurately and on time, analysing events, preparing information and obtaining client instructions before deadlines. It suits a team player interested in financial markets who enjoys analytical work.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse, process and monitor voluntary and mandatory corporate actions independently.
• Prepare information for clients and make sure required instructions are received by the relevant deadlines.
• Communicate proactively with the parties involved when handling complex or time-sensitive events.
• Work closely with internal specialist teams, client advisers and custodian banks.
• Help improve processes and systems, especially those involving Avaloq and SWIFT and the integration of generative AI.

Required profile

• Interest in financial products and securities processing; experience in corporate actions is an advantage.
• Analytical thinker who sees the big picture and finds practical solutions under time pressure.
• Clear communicator who works well with internal teams and international partners.
• Independent, accurate and responsible.
• Good command of written and spoken German and English.
