One-year internship for business school students (m/f/d)

About the role

LGT, the world’s largest family‑owned private banking and asset management group, offers a one‑year internship for business school students. You will work in one of three training departments (HR, marketing or risk controlling) and receive personalised mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and apply knowledge in a real‑world banking environment.
• Participate in internal LGT courses, workshops and cross‑departmental exchanges.
• Work on varied tasks under the guidance of professional mentors.

Required profile

• Student at Kantonsschule Sargans or St. Gallen studying business studies.
• Good academic performance and strong service‑oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills, high commitment and ability to work independently.
• Passion for working with people and numbers.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
