People & Culture Business Partner

About the role

INFICON is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to work closely with business leaders, translate priorities into action, and champion a people‑centric experience across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to solve organizational challenges and drive pragmatic solutions.
• Coach leaders and teams to strengthen leadership capability, performance, and change readiness.
• Support workforce planning, talent reviews, performance management, succession and internal mobility.
• Advise on compensation, promotions, market competitiveness and collaborate with People Operations on pay equity.
• Ensure compliance with Liechtenstein/Swiss employment law and escalate complex cases.
• Leverage people data and analytics to inform decisions and support digital transformation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in People & Culture, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or related field.
• 6+ years progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years as a Business Partner or advisor.
• Experience in agile, fast‑moving environments and guiding technical/commercial organizations through change.
• Strong coaching, influencing and workshop facilitation skills, especially with senior leaders.
• Fluent in German and English.
