HR Systems, Data & AI Specialist

About the role

LGT is advancing its HR function through digital solutions, reliable data, and responsible AI. The HR Systems, Data & AI Specialist will combine hands‑on Workday development with the design and delivery of data‑driven and AI‑enabled HR solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive digitalisation of HR processes in close collaboration with HR teams, IT and external partners.
• Develop, test and roll out HR AI use cases and agents on Lumen, LGT’s internal AI platform.
• Identify and resolve HR data quality issues, establishing clear data standards, responsibilities and controls.
• Maintain, optimise and further develop Workday configurations, reports and business processes.
• Support interface‑related topics across Workday and connected systems together with IT.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent in HR, IT, Business Information Systems, Data/Analytics or related field.
• Several years of professional experience in HR technology and digital transformation, with practical Workday experience.
• Proven experience in data quality management, data governance and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal German and English skills.
• Collaborative, proactive mindset with high ownership, integrity and customer orientation.
