Client Relationship Officer EAM/EWA

About the role

LGT Bank AG is seeking a Client Relationship Officer to support External Asset Managers (EAM) and External Wealth Advisors (EWA) for its Professional Online FL client book in Liechtenstein and Switzerland. The role involves proactive digital banking support and independent processing of securities, FX and derivatives transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Proactive handling of day‑to‑day business primarily via digital banking channels.
• Independent receipt and processing of securities, foreign exchange and derivatives transactions in Avaloq.
• Support EAMs and EWAs in general banking transactions.
• Substitute team members in administrative matters such as office management, business trips, agenda management, presentations and correspondence.
• Collaborate on projects as required.

Required profile

• Completed banking apprenticeship with experience as an assistant or client advisor in intermediary or private banking.
• Very good knowledge of securities, foreign exchange, derivatives and related regulatory requirements.
• Excellent customer orientation, empathetic and outgoing personality.
• High degree of initiative, independence and precise, efficient work style.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS‑Office.
• Knowledge of Avaloq (advantage).
