Business Operations Specialist

About the role

Join Sygnum’s Banking Operations team in Liechtenstein as a Business Operations Specialist, handling transactions, client onboarding, reporting, reconciliation and local IT support.

Key responsibilities

• Process and monitor client transactions and trading orders, ensuring timely settlement and accurate booking.
• Assist Relationship Managers with end‑to‑end client onboarding, coordinating with Compliance and Risk teams.
• Prepare periodic client reports, support regulatory reporting, and perform daily reconciliations of accounts, wallets and ledgers.
• Provide first‑line IT support for internal users, manage user lifecycle processes and coordinate with outsourced service providers.
• Support internal and external audits and contribute to continuous improvement of operational workflows.

Required profile

• Degree in finance, economics, business administration or related field.
• Prior experience in banking operations or financial services, preferably with crypto/digital assets exposure.
• Experience working with outsourced IT service providers, including SLA monitoring and incident escalation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluency in English and German; additional European languages are a plus.
