Client Data Services Officer (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Client Data Services Officer to support the day‑to‑day operations of our Client Data Services team. You will ensure high standards of data quality, integrity and regulatory compliance for client accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process account openings, changes and migrations accurately and efficiently.
• Carry out data cleansing and migration activities to improve data quality.
• Support front‑ and back‑office teams in meeting formal and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to testing new functionalities and the ongoing development of the CLM platform.

Required profile

• Completed commercial or business‑related qualification; a degree or professional qualification is a plus.
• Experience in client service, administration or client data management, preferably in financial services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one Swiss national language.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with client data management or CRM systems.
