Student Fund Accounting Trainee (Fixed‑term, 80‑100%)

About the role

Join LGT Financial Services AG in Bendern as a Student Fund Accounting Trainee. You will support daily fund accounting activities, gaining hands‑on experience with net asset value calculations, transaction processing and fund operations within a leading private‑banking group.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in calculating daily net asset values and fund prices for LGT and private‑label funds.
• Support review, booking and reconciliation of all fund transactions.
• Help implement accounting requirements for fund launches, mergers and closures.
• Liaise with internal specialist departments to ensure high quality and accuracy.
• Perform administrative tasks and support the team’s day‑to‑day activities.
• Contribute to internal projects aimed at process optimisation and development.

Required profile

• Currently studying or completed a commercial apprenticeship, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong interest in financial markets and investment solutions.
• Excellent numerical abilities and a passion for accounting work.
• Fluent communication skills in both German and English.
• High commitment to quality with a structured, independent and reliable work approach.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
