Head of Production Management

About the role

Lead daily production across all INFICON sites, ensuring safety, quality, delivery and efficiency while shaping long‑term capability and capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Align production strategy with site and business objectives and drive operational excellence.
• Define capacity, workforce and resource planning; build organization, talent and succession.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and Maintenance; lead production input on CAPEX and NPI.
• Analyze KPIs to eliminate waste, drive lean and automation, and champion standardisation and cross‑training.

Required profile

• Several years of leadership experience in high‑volume manufacturing, preferably semiconductor, vacuum or cleanroom environments.
• Strong expertise in production processes, lean manufacturing and operational‑excellence methodologies.
• Strategic mindset combined with hands‑on operational problem‑solving ability.
• Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent and work cross‑functionally at all levels.
