Product Engineer

About the role

Support the full product lifecycle from design and qualification through manufacturing release and field support, collaborating with Product Management, R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and approving new product introductions.
• Support customer‑requested variants, including data sheets and part‑number setup.
• Prepare product change approvals and communicate them to key customers.
• Participate in cost reduction initiatives and value engineering.
• Work with Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to meet performance, cost, and delivery targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field.
• 0–2 years of engineering, co‑op, internship, or lab/research experience; recent graduates encouraged.
• Solid engineering fundamentals with willingness to learn hardware, electronics, or vacuum/gas‑analysis principles.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication; able to document work and present findings.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Data analysis.
• Familiarity with PLM or SAP ERP (preferred).
