Product Manager Team Lead

About the role

Lead the product management team for INFICON's vacuum measurement portfolio, owning the end‑to‑end product lifecycle and driving strategic alignment across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle for the vacuum measurement portfolio, from concept to market launch.
• Align portfolio strategy, prioritize initiatives, and execute road‑maps.
• Lead, coach and develop the Product Management team.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with R&D, Marketing, Sales, Operations and external partners.
• Conduct market research and capture Voice‑of‑Customer to shape product strategy and value propositions.
• Chair product and portfolio review meetings, applying data‑driven decision processes.
• Define product positioning, messaging and develop go‑to‑market plans, including launches, trainings and events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Engineering, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years product management experience in technical or engineering industries.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring product managers or cross‑functional teams.
• Strong strategic, analytical and portfolio prioritisation skills.
• Professional English proficiency; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
