Corporate Communications Manager (all genders) – 10‑month Fixed‑Term

About the role

We are seeking an experienced communications professional for a 10‑month fixed‑term assignment to support our Corporate Communications team in daily operations and selected projects.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage selected communication activities and clearly defined projects.
• Create and edit content for internal and external audiences, including intranet, website, newsletters, presentations and corporate publications.
• Research information, coordinate content with business functions and prepare it for target groups.
• Support planning and implementation of communication initiatives to ensure consistent corporate messaging.
• Coordinate collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners while maintaining timelines and quality standards.
• Assist team colleagues in project execution to reduce workload and ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in corporate communications, a communications agency or a comparable environment.
• Degree in Communications, Journalism or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Native‑level German and very good written and spoken English.
• Self‑driven, structured and pragmatic approach, able to stay organized in fast‑paced situations.

Required skills

• Excellent editorial and writing skills with strong sense for messaging, target audiences and channels.
• Experience implementing communication activities independently and coordinating with diverse stakeholders.
• Confidence working with digital communication channels.
• Experience using AI tools to support communications work is an advantage.
