Communications Manager (all genders) – 10‑month Fixed‑Term

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Communications Manager for a 10‑month fixed‑term assignment to support our Corporate Communications team. You will independently manage selected communication activities and projects, ensuring clear and compelling messaging for internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit content for the intranet, website, newsletters, presentations, and other corporate publications.
• Research information, coordinate with business functions, and prepare target‑group‑oriented materials.
• Support planning and implementation of communication initiatives to maintain consistent corporate messaging.
• Coordinate collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners, keeping timelines and quality standards on track.
• Assist team colleagues in project execution to reduce workload and ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in Corporate Communications, a communications agency, or a comparable environment.
• Degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Native‑level German and very good written and spoken English.
• Self‑driven, structured, and pragmatic approach with the ability to stay organized in fast‑paced situations.

Required skills

• Excellent editorial and writing skills with a strong sense for messaging, target audiences, and communication channels.
• Experience implementing communication activities independently and coordinating with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Confidence working with digital communication channels.
• Experience using AI tools to support communications work is an advantage.
