Client Success Manager International

About the role

Join our international team as a Client Success Manager, acting as the primary contact for our global clientele. You will blend relationship management, sales, and business development to build strong partnerships across diverse markets and cultures.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term, trusted relationships with international clients, serving as their dedicated point of contact.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through phone calls, online meetings, email, and face‑to‑face interactions.
• Manage client accounts, understand their needs, deliver high‑quality service, and uncover growth opportunities.
• Communicate confidently with clients across different markets, leveraging multilingual abilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions and continuously improve sales processes.

Required profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and/or account management, preferably in an international environment.
• Excellent French, Italian and English; additional languages (e.g., German) are a strong plus.
• Confident, personable and persuasive communicator who enjoys proactive sales activities.
• Responsible, proactive, independent with a strong client focus and an international mindset.
