B2B Co-Founder / CCO (100% remote)

About the role

We are looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to own, build and run a B2B startup as a Co‑Founder / Chief Commercial Officer. The position is fully remote and includes intensive coaching from serial entrepreneurs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and scale a B2B startup towards €100M+ revenue.
• Iterate the product until product‑market‑fit is achieved.
• Build and manage a sales force or marketing engine.
• Hire top‑notch talent using a network of over 50,000 professionals.
• Prepare the startup for multi‑million euro funding rounds.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate.
• Ready to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ revenues.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
