Global Trainee – Outperformer Logistics Track

About the role

Hilti is seeking high‑performing, multilingual post‑graduates to join its Global Trainee Program – Outperformer Logistics Track. Over a fast‑tracked two‑year period you will rotate through core logistics functions, gaining hands‑on experience in demand planning, transport tendering, warehouse operations and more, while being mentored by senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through materials management, global logistics HQ, warehouse operations and transport management, spending 4‑6 months in each area.
• Manage forecasting for product lines and support supply‑demand planning activities.
• Participate in transport tender negotiations and oversee transport provider performance.
• Lead small teams in warehouse settings and contribute to operational improvements.
• Execute a strategic logistics project in a different region, applying learned skills to drive innovation.

Required profile

• Completed master’s degree in logistics, supply chain management or a related field.
• Fluent in English and at least one additional language.
• International experience through work or studies abroad.
• Willingness to be mobile and work in diverse cultural environments.
