Treasury Manager

About the role

Join Hilti’s Treasury team to ensure sufficient liquidity, manage financial risks and optimise banking and financing activities across the group. You will act as a trusted business partner, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external banking partners.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions and ensure liquidity across entities.
• Collaborate with Systems and Project Managers and lead treasury projects.
• Prepare short‑ and long‑term cash‑flow forecasts.
• Manage relationships with banking partners, negotiate terms and oversee account structures.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks including FX, interest‑rate and counter‑party exposure.
• Support risk‑management strategies and execute related financial instruments.
• Assist in managing corporate debt, credit facilities and investments.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external reporting requirements and prepare treasury reports for senior management and auditors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• Previous corporate treasury experience, preferably in an industrial or financial‑services environment.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, foreign‑exchange, banking and financial instruments.
• Experience with treasury systems such as FIS Integrity, TIS, 360T or Bloomberg is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation and project‑management abilities.
