About the role
We are looking for Level 1 Desktop Support Engineers to join our team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. The role involves providing first‑line desktop support to end‑users, handling hardware, software and basic network issues.
Key responsibilities
- Install, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
- Resolve hardware, software, Windows and basic network issues.
- Support user account management in Active Directory, perform password resets and provide application support.
- Handle incident tickets, deliver end‑user assistance and meet SLA requirements.
- Escalate unresolved problems to L2/L3 teams when necessary.
Required profile
- Fluent in English and the local language.
- Available to work onsite at the Eschen location.
