Impact Management Internship (m/f/x)

About the role

The Impact Management Team at the Hilti Foundation is looking for a motivated intern to support the implementation and continuous improvement of its impact management strategy. You will work on projects that help measure and enhance the foundation’s social impact, collaborating with program directors and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Foundation’s impact management system built on Salesforce Amp Impact.
• Work closely with Program Directors to ensure high‑quality project and impact data.
• Assist with reporting, analysis and the development of impact measurement frameworks and tools.
• Lead a dedicated project aligned with your expertise, delivering practical recommendations or solutions.

Required profile

• Enrollment in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s program for the entire internship period.
• Interest in social innovation, empowerment and inclusive growth.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
• Analytical thinking with interest in impact data, reporting and measurement tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
