Global Trainee Program – Outperformer Finance Track

About the role

The Global Trainee Program – Outperformer Finance Track is a 24‑month accelerated graduate scheme designed to launch high‑potential talent into a career in finance within a global, customer‑focused organization. Participants rotate through multiple finance functions, gaining hands‑on experience and exposure to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a 12‑month Account Manager rotation in your home country (Option 1) or a series of finance rotations covering accounting, controlling, credit & collection, and shared services (Option 2).
• Participate in finance projects both locally and internationally, delivering high‑impact analyses and recommendations.
• Collaborate with regional hubs and global finance teams to support reporting, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
• Engage with senior management, attend global summits, and contribute to strategic finance initiatives.

Required profile

• Recent master’s graduate (or about to graduate) with up to 3 years of junior work experience.
• Fluent in English; additional language a plus.
• Willingness to relocate internationally and work in diverse cultural environments.
• Mature, curious, assertive, and dedicated with strong communication skills.
