Credit Advisor – Staff Loans (80-100% FTE)

About the role

As a Credit Advisor for staff loans at LGT Bank, you will act as the link between employee clients worldwide and the bank’s financing solutions, ensuring high‑quality risk management and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Advising employee clients worldwide on structured lending solutions.
• Analyzing and assessing financing applications and handling administrative processing.
• Managing group‑wide special Lombard loans, including new applications and resubmissions.
• Preparing and processing mortgage loan agreements and loans backed by bank guarantees.
• Monitoring existing loans, preparing reports and contributing to credit‑specific projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent qualification.
• 4–5 years experience in lending/credit, preferably Lombard lending.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Strong numerical understanding and analytical skills.
• Initiative, flexibility and strong communication abilities.
