CLM Product Owner (80-100%)

About the role

The CLM Product Owner will lead the vision and roadmap for LGT's global Client Lifecycle Management platform across Europe. Working within one or more Agile teams, you will bridge business and development to ensure the highest‑value items are delivered. The role involves close collaboration with Scrum Masters, RTEs, architects and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with company strategy and continuously refine it based on market feedback.
• Build, prioritize and maintain the product and ART backlogs, deciding on initiatives, epics and user stories based on business value and feasibility.
• Coordinate releases, approvals and market introductions while ensuring adherence to Definition of Ready/Done.
• Gather and manage requirements from stakeholders, address risks and dependencies, and foster agile values and continuous improvement.
• Analyse KPIs, customer feedback and market data to drive product enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics or equivalent.
• Several years of experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment, preferably within private banking.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, define and deliver digital products, and work with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel primarily within Europe and occasionally worldwide.

Required skills

• SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology.
• Scrum framework.
• Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
