Client Acquisition & Advisor – Polish & Czech Markets

About the role

This position is focused on expanding the client base for a boutique‑style bank in Liechtenstein across the Polish and Czech markets. You will be responsible for turning strategic asset‑gathering goals into measurable business growth while building lasting relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals.

Key responsibilities

• Drive proactive client acquisition (hunter) and business development in Poland and the Czech Republic.
• Generate net new money (NNM) by leveraging personal networks and industry contacts.
• Maintain and deepen high‑trust relationships with clients and regional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance.
• Represent the bank’s values of integrity, excellence and collaborative success.

Required profile

• Proven track record of net new money acquisition and wealth planning in private banking or wealth management.
• Established network and clear pipeline of potential clients in the Polish and/or Czech markets.
• Deep understanding of banking products, investment solutions and cross‑border regulatory frameworks.
• Professional fluency in Polish or Czech and English; German is a plus.
• Honest, trustworthy, team‑oriented attitude with strong initiative.
