Avaloq Developer – Payments (80-100% F/M/D)

About the role

LGT is seeking a motivated Avaloq Developer to join its agile payment product team. You will work on designing, implementing and maintaining payment solutions within the Avaloq platform, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Participate actively in the empowered payment developer team and agile ceremonies.
• Analyse customer requirements and implement payment, settlement and cash‑reconciliation functionalities in Avaloq (programming, integration, testing, rollout).
• Maintain in‑house developments, interfaces and instant‑payment container solutions.
• Collaborate with QA and apply shift‑left and DevOps practices to guarantee delivery quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Avaloq parametrisation for payments or securities, or strong business‑analysis background in the same domain.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with the ability to translate needs into effective solutions.
• Systematic, structured and independent working style with resilience and initiative.
• Excellent communication skills, openness and collaborative team spirit.
• Fluent in English or German, with conversational ability in the other language.
