About the role
LGT offers a four‑year apprenticeship program for aspiring computer scientists focused on platform development. The programme starts with an internal foundation year in Bendern and continues with rotations through six core IT departments, allowing you to explore various specialisations before choosing a final focus in the fourth year.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in real IT projects across multiple departments, gaining hands‑on experience with modern technologies.
- Collaborate with experienced trainers and IT teams, taking on genuine responsibilities from day one.
- Contribute to problem‑solving, system development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Curious and motivated with a strong interest in computers, digital systems and logical problem solving.
- Good academic performance in Realschule (Liechtenstein) or Sekundarschule (Switzerland), especially in mathematics‑related subjects.
- Proactive attitude, eager to learn and help shape future IT solutions.
