Senior Enterprise AI Productivity Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Enterprise AI Productivity Specialist to design, evaluate, and document AI‑powered workflows that deliver measurable productivity gains across the organization. This remote contract position will focus on leveraging leading generative AI platforms to automate and optimize business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and document enterprise‑grade AI‑driven workflows.
• Develop and optimize workflow automation using platforms such as ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork, Codex, or equivalents.
• Architect cross‑platform AI solutions ensuring portability and interoperability.
• Integrate AI systems with enterprise knowledge‑management, collaboration, and business‑process platforms.
• Enable AI adoption, providing change‑management guidance and best‑practice support.
• Identify, analyze, and recommend process improvements using a data‑driven, systems‑thinking approach.
• Produce clear documentation, executive presentations, case studies, and business‑impact reports.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise environments with proven use of generative AI tools to boost productivity.
• Track record of designing and deploying AI‑powered workflow automations at scale.
• Strong expertise in AI workflow design, business‑process optimization, and enterprise knowledge‑management systems.
• Familiarity with leading AI productivity platforms (ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork, Codex) and enterprise connectors.
• Demonstrated ability to drive AI adoption and enablement across cross‑functional teams.
• Experience leading change‑management initiatives for digital transformation.
• Excellent systems‑thinking skills with a focus on actionable insights.
