Research Assistant (all genders)

About the role

Join our Research & Development team to advance test methods in dental technology and colorimetry. You will help create, validate, and optimise analytical procedures while ensuring compliance with GMP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, validate and optimise test methods for dental technology and colour measurement.
• Maintain and continuously improve colour standards and related documentation.
• Prepare, update and manage GMP‑relevant documents such as test instructions, characterisation reports and qualification files.
• Manage and qualify laboratory instruments and equipment to guarantee full operational readiness.
• Participate in material release processes within quality control.
• Support general laboratory activities and project‑related tasks.

Required profile

• Completed degree in systems engineering, dental technology, materials science or equivalent vocational training with several years of experience.
• Excellent colour perception and strong quality awareness.
• Dynamic, solution‑oriented and communicative personality with high flexibility and strong team spirit.
• Independent, reliable and precise working style with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good German and English language skills for day‑to‑day collaboration.
