Technical Assistant – Restorative Dental Materials

About the role

You will join an interdisciplinary R&D team focused on developing innovative restorative dental materials. In a laboratory environment you will support formulation work, testing and documentation to help bring new products to market.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare paste formulations and manufacture test specimens for dental material research.
• Determine physical properties of materials in line with quality‑assurance requirements.
• Develop test plans, work instructions and conduct storage stability studies.
• Perform fundamental research on 3D‑printing restorative materials and analyse competitor products.
• Document all results according to GLP standards using laboratory notebooks and software tools.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in a research and development setting.
• Solution‑oriented, independent, reliable and strong team focus.
• Good written and spoken German and English.
