PowerPoint Specialist (Remote Contract)

About the role

This remote contract position focuses on creating high‑impact business presentations, reports, and documents using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. You will work closely with an advanced language model to generate and refine Office Open XML files, especially .pptx formats, for Fortune 500‑style scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute realistic, complex business tasks that simulate Fortune 500 environments using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Collaborate with a large language model (LLM) to discuss, edit, and create .pptx files.
• Assess two LLM‑generated deliverables per task turn and select the most accurate result.
• Create prompts and multi‑hour business scenarios that would normally require extensive manual effort.
• Conduct structured four‑turn conversations with the LLM, providing feedback after each round.
• Document observations and recommendations to improve LLM handling of real‑world business documents.
• Support cross‑functional use cases such as reporting, presenting, analyzing, and proposing across various industries.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years recent experience on complex projects within Fortune 500 companies or top‑tier consultancies.
• Advanced PowerPoint expertise with strong exposure to Excel and Word.
• Proven track record in professional business document creation and review.
• Experience in sectors like finance, healthcare, consulting, technology, or retail and functions such as strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance, or HR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to give clear, actionable feedback.
• Prior experience with LLMs or AI‑powered tools is highly desirable.
