Creative Video Editor for AI SaaS Platform

About the role

Base360.ai is looking for a talented Video Editor to bring its AI‑driven short‑term rental platform to life. You will transform raw footage, product recordings, and founder interviews into compelling launch films, social content, and ads that capture attention.

Key responsibilities

• Edit product launch and brand films, blending storytelling with product demos and strong visual direction.
• Create founder‑led content from interviews, talking‑head footage, and behind‑the‑scenes moments.
• Produce short‑form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn with powerful hooks and purposeful pacing.
• Build paid‑ad creative, testing variations in openings, messaging, and calls‑to‑action.
• Enhance product demos with screen recordings, motion graphics, kinetic typography, and clear visual explanations.
• Own post‑production, including footage selection, colour grading, sound design, music, captions, and final exports.
• Leverage AI creative tools (Runway, Kling, Sora, ElevenLabs) to generate supporting visuals, voiceovers, and other assets.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across formats and channels.
• Use performance insights (retention, watch time, conversion) to continuously improve video content.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, editing craft, and visual taste.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro, with motion‑design skills in After Effects or equivalent.
• Ability to hook viewers in the first three seconds and shape emotion through music, silence, and pacing.
• Comfort using AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Sora, and ElevenLabs within the creative workflow.
• Independent work style, meeting deadlines and responding well to direct feedback.
• Attention to detail that balances speed with polished quality.
