Head of Global Compliance Investigations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced compliance professional to lead our Global Compliance Investigations function. In this senior position you will shape the worldwide framework for handling compliance allegations, ensuring investigations are conducted consistently, fairly and in line with legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the global investigation and allegation‑management framework, including policies, governance and standards.
• Oversee the intake, triage, allocation and tracking of whistleblowing and other compliance reports.
• Lead complex, high‑risk investigations across jurisdictions, managing interviews, evidence collection, eDiscovery and case reporting.
• Provide strategic advice to senior management and governance bodies on investigation outcomes, risks and remediation actions.
• Monitor corrective actions, identify systemic risks and drive continuous improvement of compliance programmes, controls and training.

Required profile

• University degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Extensive experience in compliance, legal, audit or investigations within an international organisation.
• Proven track record of managing internal investigations, whistleblowing cases and allegation handling processes.
• Strong ability to work with senior leadership, Legal, HR, Internal Audit, Data Privacy and external counsel.
• Willingness to travel up to 20 % of the time.
