Credit Service Manager (60% part‑time)

About the role

LGT is seeking a part‑time Credit Service Manager to join its call‑centre team. You will be the main point of contact for card‑related enquiries, ensuring high‑quality support and smooth administrative processes for both customers and internal representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Handle telephone and written enquiries within the call centre.
• Provide operational and administrative support on all card‑management matters.
• Issue cards, monitor credit limits and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
• Process administrative tasks efficiently and maintain accurate system records.
• Manage debt collection, provisions and write‑downs of outstanding receivables.
• Coordinate and track administrative processes within the area of responsibility.
• Support the implementation of internal guidelines, process adjustments and regulatory requirements.
• Document business transactions traceably and identify/escalate irregularities.
• Contribute to continuous optimisation of service and administrative processes.

Required profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent education.
• Several years of professional experience in banking or financial services, preferably in an administrative or operational role.
• Experience handling complex administrative processes with high accuracy and strict deadlines.
• Good knowledge of credit or card‑related processes is an advantage.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and strong awareness of process security and compliance.
• Very good command of German and English.
