Fund Services & Administration Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced team member to join our Fund Services & Administration team. In this role you will support day‑to‑day operations related to fund services and administration, ensuring regulatory compliance, supervisory reporting and audit assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage fund accounting, including maintenance of fund accounting systems and master data.
• Serve as the primary interface with custodian banks and other financial institutions.
• Calculate and publish Net Asset Values (NAVs) for individual funds.
• Prepare annual fund reports and ensure timely, accurate documentation.
• Document processes and procedures to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and industry associations such as the Financial Market Authority (FMA) and the Liechtenstein Association of Funds and Asset Management (LAFV).

Required profile

• Proven experience in the fund industry with focus on fund accounting, NAV calculation and financial statement preparation.
• Strong ability to maintain meticulous records and ensure data integrity.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management and due‑diligence processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues and clients.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
