Assistant Relationship Management for Trustees & Lawyers

About the role

Join LGT’s private banking team as an Assistant Relationship Management professional, providing dedicated support to Relationship Managers, trustees and lawyers operating in Liechtenstein. You will act as a key liaison, ensuring smooth daily operations and high‑quality service for ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers with correspondence, appointment coordination, account opening and compliance tasks for trustees and lawyers.
• Process securities, foreign‑exchange and derivatives transactions independently.
• Provide telephone assistance to trustees, lawyers and their clients on banking and investment matters.
• Prepare and follow up on client visits efficiently.
• Relieve Relationship Managers from administrative duties such as office administration, presentations, due‑diligence and investment meeting support.
• Monitor client portfolios for maturities and investment opportunities.
• Assist Relationship Managers in delivering holistic, client‑oriented advisory to UHNWI clientele.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in intermediary business or private‑banking client service (advantageous).
• Further education in banking is a plus.
• Comprehensive knowledge of general banking transactions.
• Excellent client orientation, empathetic and outgoing personality.
• Independent, proactive work style with strong organisational skills.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office.
• Familiarity with Avaloq (advantage).
