Senior Accounting & Finance Advisor – AI Evaluation

About the role

We are looking for senior accounting and finance professionals to support AI evaluation projects that involve QuickBooks Online, Omni Chat support, and complex, data‑heavy finance questions. The role combines deep financial analysis with advisory judgment to help our clients make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and deliver clear accounting guidance.
• Handle complex bookkeeping, accounting, and finance‑related inquiries.
• Provide advisory recommendations grounded in financial data and AI‑driven insights.
• Collaborate with AI evaluation teams to ensure accurate financial interpretations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or financial consulting.
• Senior‑level titles such as CFO, Finance COO, Controller, Financial Director, VP of Finance, or equivalent.
• Experience advising U.S.‑based SMB clients and working with at least three organizations.
• Hands‑on experience with QuickBooks Online and Omni Chat support.
• Availability for up to 40 hours per week, including 4 hours overlap with Pacific Time, for a 10‑week engagement.
