Sustainability Manager (f/m/d) 80-100%

About the role

LGT, the largest private banking and asset management group owned by an entrepreneurial family and the family office of the Princely House of Liechtenstein, is looking for a Sustainability Manager (80-100%) to support its Group Sustainability Management team. The role covers sustainability reporting, including CSRD/ESRS, TCFD and PRI, nature and biodiversity, data analysis and process quality, and contributes to implementing the 2030 Sustainability Strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Support sustainability reporting activities, including the Double Materiality Assessment (DMA) and external assurance
• Develop and implement nature- and biodiversity-related initiatives
• Monitor the implementation of the 2030 Sustainability Strategy
• Lead the internal Sustainability Think Tank
• Review and validate sustainability data, including four-eyes checks
• Support operational and conceptual activities within Group Sustainability Management
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and coordinate with external partners

Required profile

• University or ETH degree in sustainability management, business, economics or a comparable field related to sustainability, sustainable investing or a relevant discipline
• Professional experience in sustainability reporting, nature and biodiversity, or sustainability more broadly
• Structured, reliable and independent approach, strong service orientation, and excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Keen interest in sustainability topics within the financial services sector
• Excellent written and spoken German and English

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI
• Sustainability reporting knowledge (CSRD/ESRS, TCFD, PRI)
