Sustainability Full-Stack Developer (Remote)

About the role

EWOR is building a new department focused on sustainability technologies and is looking for a full‑stack developer to lead 0‑to‑1 initiatives. This fully remote position offers the chance to shape architecture, drive strategy and turn prototypes into production‑ready solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Translate high‑level sustainability vision into concrete roadmaps and deliver functional prototypes.
• Design and implement scalable full‑stack systems from the ground up.
• Own end‑to‑end development cycles, from architecture to deployment.
• Collaborate directly with the department founder and a world‑class engineering team.
• Drive critical milestones that position the department for rapid growth or potential spin‑off.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas, with the ability to work remotely.
• High‑agency, builder mindset with proven ability to take ownership of complex projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
