Senior Full Stack Developer – Online Banking (80‑100%)

About the role

Join LGT’s online banking team to design and deliver secure, high‑performance digital client journeys. You will work across the full stack, collaborating with UI/UX, architecture, product, DevOps and banking experts to turn complex regulatory and business requirements into seamless online experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable full‑stack applications for the online banking platform.
• Translate client, business, regulatory and UX requirements into end‑to‑end solutions.
• Build responsive user interfaces and robust backend services in partnership with UI/UX and engineering specialists.
• Document and maintain APIs and integrations with internal, external and banking services.
• Ensure code quality, testing, security, performance, observability and maintainability.
• Diagnose cross‑stack issues, contribute to code reviews and CI/CD pipelines, and promote AI‑assisted development tooling.

Required profile

• Degree or professional training in computer science, software engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of full‑stack development experience with a strong frontend focus.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on ownership, constructive feedback and continuous learning.
