Schaler (m/w/d) – 100% Position

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Schaler (formwork carpenter) to join our construction team on a full‑time basis. You will work on a variety of high‑rise building projects, handling formwork, concrete, and reinforcement tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Install and dismantle formwork systems using DOKA, PERI, and other solutions.
• Perform general tasks in structural construction, including concrete work.
• Carry out renovation or restoration activities as required.
• Execute reinforcement (armature) work on site.

Required profile

• Completed apprenticeship as a mason (Maurer EFZ) or several years of experience as a Schaler in high‑rise construction.
• Ability to work independently and reliably.
• Capability to work in all weather conditions.
• Category B driving licence is an advantage.
