Process Engineer – Dosing & Filling for Dental Products

About the role

We are looking for a Process Engineer specialized in dosing and filling to develop robust manufacturing solutions for innovative dental products. You will work in an agile team, collaborating closely with material development, mechanical engineering and production to turn new ideas into reliable processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise filling processes for dental products, including design and setup of test rigs for challenging packaging formats.
• Conduct experiments to determine key design requirements and process parameters.
• Identify, evaluate and recommend new dosing and filling technologies.
• Define equipment specifications and support technology transfer to commercial production.
• Document and communicate scientific results to cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong understanding of material‑process interactions in manufacturing.
• Experience with dosing and filling technologies, preferably from the food or cosmetics sector.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Structured, quality‑focused and self‑driven work style.
