Operational Pricing Manager (80-100%)

About the role

LGT, the world’s largest family‑owned private banking and asset management group, is looking for an Operational Pricing Manager to support its front‑office pricing activities. You will be the main point of contact for pricing matters and will help shape efficient processes across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for front‑office employees on operational pricing issues.
• Plan, coordinate, execute and oversee day‑to‑day pricing activities.
• Complete operational pricing tasks independently, reliably and on time.
• Collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, IT and pricing‑strategy teams.
• Analyse front, middle and back‑office processes and identify practical improvements.
• Help introduce and enhance processes, forms and IT systems.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives, gradually taking on greater operational responsibility.

Required profile

• Completed a commercial apprenticeship with banking experience, or a business‑related qualification.
• Experience in pricing management is an advantage.
• Enjoy developing and implementing practical solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Clear and confident communication in German and very good written and spoken English.
• Structured, thorough, independent work style with quick learning ability.
• Team‑oriented and service‑mindset, comfortable working with diverse stakeholders.
