Operational Pricing Manager 80-100% (f/m/d)

About the role

The Operational Pricing Manager serves as the primary contact for front‑office staff on pricing matters, overseeing daily pricing activities and ensuring tasks are completed reliably and on time. The role combines analytical thinking with a strong service orientation to continuously improve banking processes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for front‑office employees on operational pricing issues.
• Plan, coordinate, execute and monitor day‑to‑day pricing activities.
• Work closely with Legal, Compliance, IT and pricing‑strategy teams to align operational execution.
• Analyse end‑to‑end processes across front, middle and back office and propose practical improvements.
• Help introduce and enhance processes, forms and IT systems related to pricing.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives, gradually taking on greater operational responsibility.

Required profile

• Completed a commercial apprenticeship with banking experience, or a higher qualification in a business‑related field.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Clear communication in German and very good written and spoken English.
• Structured, thorough and independent work style with quick grasp of new topics.
• Team‑oriented, service‑minded attitude and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
