One-year internship for business school students

About the role

LGT, the world’s largest family‑owned private banking and asset management group, offers a one‑year internship for business school students interested in HR, marketing or risk controlling. You will work in one of three training departments, gaining practical knowledge and receiving personal mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in day‑to‑day tasks within your chosen department (HR, marketing or risk controlling).
• Attend internal LGT courses, workshops and cross‑departmental exchanges to complement your school‑based training.

Required profile

• Student at Kantonsschule Sargans or St. Gallen studying business studies with good academic performance.
• Strong service orientation, good communication skills, high commitment and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
