Lead Product Manager

About the role

As Lead Product Manager for ON!Track, Hilti’s asset management software, you will define the product vision, shape the roadmap and align cross‑functional stakeholders to drive sustainable growth across 40 global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Set strategic product direction and own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from roadmap execution to commercial success.
• Collaborate with customers, UX, engineering, marketing, sales and business development to identify market opportunities and translate them into innovative software solutions.
• Define and monitor key business and product performance indicators to guide strategic decisions and revenue growth.
• Lead go‑to‑market launches and scale the solution internationally, ensuring at least 20% travel to international locations.

Required profile

• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, software engineering, construction management or related field.
• Several years of proven experience in software product management, defining vision and strategy, and leading product innovation.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience launching and scaling software products globally.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build long‑lasting stakeholder and customer relationships.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
