Global Trainee Program – Outperformer Operations Track

About the role

This two‑year Global Trainee Program prepares recent graduates for an international leadership career in Operations, covering After‑Market Service and Global Manufacturing. Participants rotate across core functions, work directly with senior management and receive mentorship throughout the journey.

Key responsibilities

• 12‑month rotation as a team lead in a plant or tool service centre, coordinating shop‑floor activities or leading a production‑technology project as Lean Manager or Process Engineer.
• 6‑month rotation in digitalisation, lean, quality or logistics projects, focusing on operational excellence.
• 6‑month assignment on an international strategic project, contributing to transformative initiatives on a global scale.
• Potential placement at the group company Oegland in Klepp, Norway.

Required profile

• Completed master’s degree in engineering, chemistry, physics or a related field.
• Passion for Operations and a recent internship or early‑career experience.
• Fluent in English and at least one additional language, with international study or work experience.
• Willingness to relocate internationally and work in diverse cultural environments.
• Flexible, curious, dedicated team player with strong communication abilities.
