Global Technical Trainee Program – Outperformer Track

About the role

Hilti is seeking ambitious, multilingual engineering graduates for its Global Outperformer Technical Track. Over two years you will rotate through innovation centers, the corporate headquarters and international sites, taking on real responsibilities and contributing to projects that shape the future of construction tools.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a 15‑18 month rotation at an Innovation & Development Center in Schaan (Liechtenstein) or Kaufering (Germany), working on cutting‑edge, carbon‑neutral product projects.
• Undertake a 3‑6 month strategic project at Hilti’s head office in Schaan, supporting functions such as engineering, marketing, logistics, HR or finance.
• Participate in a 3‑month international strategic project outside the region, delivering transformative initiatives on a global scale.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, present project outcomes and build a strong cross‑functional network.

Required profile

• Completed master’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Fluent in English and at least one additional language.
• International experience gained through study or work abroad.
• Willingness to relocate internationally for the duration of the program.
• Demonstrated ambition to grow into a leadership role, with prior experience leading projects or teams.
